Superior Strength, Legendary Performance 700 LONG ACTION RECEIVER It's been many years since Brownells has been able to offer the legendary Remington 700 action in our catalog (since #58 to be exact!). The problem has been unsteady supply: Remington Arms Co. will release actions to the commercial market only when it is sure it has enough supply to satisfy its own production needs for complete guns. Sometimes we are able to get them, sometimes we are not, and we do not want to promise them in a catalog, then be unable to fill orders. Now, however, through a new arrangement with Remington, we are able to offer both Long and Short 700 Actions. Why The 700 Action?
